SALES ACCOUNT STRATEGIST

Spysie Tech is currently seeking a motivated, results-driven candidate to serve as a Sales Account Strategist. We are a full service digital creative agency dedicated to maximizing ROI by innovating the web in visually aesthetic ways. We are a growing startup specializing in marketing solutions that integrate branding, custom website design, and small business consulting.

We’re seeking candidates who want to work remotely and on their own schedule while earning commissions up to 20%.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Exceed both quarterly and annual lead gen target goals and objectives
  • Maintain personal forecasting of individual sales to ensure sales quota success
  • Manage multiple deals concurrently and drive sales process through to completion
  • Deliver a superior client experience, with an emphasis on client retention and growth
  • Perform due diligence with respect to new client relationships and possible sponsorship opportunities
  • Meet with CEO weekly (in person or over Skype) as an ‘accountability partner’ and to explore additional opportunities for growth
  • Follow up with all assigned inbound leads in a one business day
  • Qualify all assigned inbound leads to determine if they are a fit for Spysie
  • Follow the Spysie sales process to facilitate the sales funnel
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our growth-driven web design model
  • Continually look for new outbound opportunities
  • Maintain all sales pipeline and document updated notes for all inbound leads
  • Work with creative team to develop accurate estimates for new projects
  • Follow company sales procedures from prospecting, to proposal, to follow up, to closing
  • Participate in all Pre-Kick off, Kick-Off and Post Kick Off key meetings or conference calls with clients
  • Work closely with the production teams to turn projects over when sold
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with client partners after the project has started – at least a once every other week communication
  • Strive to get at least one referral from every client project that is completed from your sales efforts
  • Responsible for projecting Sales (Inside and Outside), based on the minimum quota assigned
  • Promote positive relations with vendors, strategic partners, and client partners

Skills and Experience

  • Must have strong ability to work independently and perform at a high level without daily support
  • Basic knowledge of web design & development and digital marketing
  • Prior experience selling and/or working with web design & web development preferred
  • Works as a team player to support the entire company
  • Operates at a high degree of personal integrity
  • Focuses on exceeding expectations rather than just meeting them
  • Must be prepared, well organized, and detail oriented
  • Has a keen ability to problem solve and take action
  • Passionate about selling and goal oriented
  • A focus on strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of working with sales quota goals and revenue expectations
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to and understand client needs, create accurate projection of projects and educate client partners on project costs and timeframes. Also work closely with internal team to keep project on task and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to bring brand awareness throughout Northern Florida and other markets
  • A willingness to go ‘above and beyond’ to make the Sales department exceed expectations
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
